In The Amityville Horror the ghost told them to get out of the house. White people stayed in there. Now that’s a hint and a half for your ass.       Definitely let’s not let the monsters win. Stephen King has always seemed to me to be enough of an optimist that I think he believes the monsters may win the battle but the good ones will win the war.

      I embedded a link to Eddie doing that line. It’s one of my favorites and I can’t tell you how many times my Boy Scout troop repeated it around the campfire. It was really our favorite ghost story. I also like it that Jordan Peele said the title of “Get Out” was a deliberate tribute to Eddie Murphy’s bit.
