Halloween On A Tuesday?

Source: Comingsoon.net

Halloween should always be on a Friday or Saturday. Even Monday is scarier than Tuesday. Nice way to mess with us, calendar.

The Ten Worst Haunted Houses

  1. You’ll Come Out Alive.
  2. Bring The Kids!
  3. Have Some Caffeine First.
  4. The Tate Gallery
  5. Kevin Was Supposed To Bring Chainsaws.
  6. During The Day We’re Putting On Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
  7. Based On A Hallmark Channel Movie.
  8. Who Wants Pancakes?
  9. This Collection Of Carefully Arranged Tableaux May Appear Scary But You’ll Be Quite Safe, And That Waiver Is Meaningless Window-Dressing.
  10. Apple Store

That concludes this year’s Halloween Parade. Lou Reed, the final word is yours.

Hallmark Channel movies and Halloween candy have one thing in common: they can both give you cavities.

Thank you, although I am getting rather proud of my rejection collection. I go to a weekly writers’ group and during the introductions I always mention that I have a stack of rejections.

Perhaps when it comes to fear real wisdom is realizing no one scares us like we scare ourselves.
